He is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Gyftr Limited and brings over two decades of experience across media, strategy, digital commerce and new-age loyalty programmes. He began his professional career in the media sector and subsequently held leadership roles in new business strategy and emerging market growth. His extensive entrepreneurial and industry experience enables him to provide valuable strategic insights and contribute to the Company’s growth and development.

She is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Gyftr Limited. With over two decades of experience in marketing, loyalty and digital commerce, she has played a key role in driving the Company’s growth, strategic initiatives and industry partnerships. She has previously held roles with Jasubhai Digital Media and Accor Services, where she managed loyalty programme planning and execution.

He is an Independent Director on the Board of Gyftr Limited and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with DISA certification and certification in Concurrent Audit. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a PGDIM. With more than 18 years of post-qualification experience, he has extensive expertise in audit, particularly bank audits including statutory, concurrent, credit and stock audits, along with strong experience in GST and Income Tax matters.

He is an Independent Director on the Board of Gyftr Limited and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With over two decades of experience across finance, taxation, business and corporate laws, he brings extensive expertise in business and financial advisory.

She is a qualified Company Secretary and an Independent Director on the Board of Gyftr Limited. With 7 years of experience in corporate governance, legal compliance and business management, she has expertise in advising Boards on regulatory matters, managing legal documentation and ensuring robust corporate governance practices. She brings a strong focus on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and organisational effectiveness.
